Opening a savings account for the first time was made easy and pleasant. The workers were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend opening an account with them.
Marci was great helping me. But Lorraine answer to most of my questions I do not know.
Worst place for a loan. I applied, never heard back. Went in person, they told me I got approved and would email me the documents to sign, they never sent them. Came in person again, said they would send them, they never did. Finally got a hold of someone, they emailed me the documents with an offer we didn’t discuss. Sent me the documents over and over with wrong information. Then they told me my offer expired after they milked all the time themselves and said I’m welcome to reapply. What a joke this team is.
