Kelly Jones, the branch manager, always goes above and beyond the call of duty. When I inadvertently discovered hundreds of dollars of unauthorized charges on my statement, she patiently walked me through the process of recouping my losses. It was quite unsettling to discover the theft of my funds. I spent a large portion of my day at this branch trying to apply for membership for my mother and to get her a car loan. They had us jump through 10 million hurdles just to get approved for membership. I sent them a condensed lease agreement to prove my mom lives where she lives because she had just moved and did not change her address officially yet, and they kept saying it had to be a utility bill.
