I came in without an appointment and was accommodated fairly quickly. Within the hour I sat down I had a checking and savings application, plus a pending credit card one. Reyna Ruede was a big help and was even willing to work with me when I had to go home and pick up a different document that I had to bring back. Overall a good experience.
This Credit Union is OK for City of Los Angeles employees. If you are not in "their boys club" patronize another credit union. Their fees are higher than Wells Fargo. This is a must avoid financial instuition without YOUR best interest at heart.
Elizabeth is one if not the best loan officer I've worker with! She definitely helped me with what i needed!! Highly recommened!!
