Dishonest and very disorganized. AVOID Brian served the defendant but never filed POS! Same as someone else who wrote a review-left me in court with the other side refusing to proceed bc Proof of service was never filed.
Do not use this process server! I was guaranteed same-day service; that did not happen. Also, Two hours prior to court is when I was emailed that the documents were filed to the court. When I got in front of the judge, big surprise, the papers were not filed properly. Hence my case was not heard by the judge and I have to go back. I believe this is a scam. Be wary. I have reported this to my bank.
