This blows any Americanized Hispanic food out of the waters. True authentic cuisine. Wonderful staff. My absolute favorite food in all of Mt Airy I'm back, 5 years later. Still the GOAT!
They have fresh meat with the butcher who cut it for you. I typically go there for the street tacos very authentic. Been going there for a couple years now.
I LITERALLY eat here every single week. Sometimes 3 or 4 times. Best authentic Mexican food around. Moving back to Mt. Airy from Charlotte, I didn’t realize how spoiled I had become with the various cultural food choices in Charlotte. And when I found Los Amigos, I was extremely happy to find authentic Mexican food. The owner is so nice, he’s been trying to teach me to say campachinos (sp) it’s the chorizo and steak tacos 🌮 and I cannot pronounce it correctly to save my life. lol.
