I pursued my medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 and chose an osteopathic training program for its emphasis on holistic medicine. I have been a patient of Dr. Loomis for over five years. I trust her expertise and have found my association with the practice to be very pleasant. Dr. Kim Loomis takes time during your appointment to answer questions and address patient concerns. There is no feeling of being rushed. Would not recommend. Each time I saw her she had some new substance, drink mix, etc that I “needed” to buy from her office. The last straw was when she got visibly disgruntled after I told her that I will not take estrogen/progesterone due to my mother having breast cancer twice. Worst experience with a doctor ever!! Came out of her office feeling worst then coming into the appointment. I came in trying to establish care. When sat in the room I got to talk to the PA student about all my concerns, PA student was nice, conversation went well about me voicing my concerns. But when Dr.Loomis came into the room that’s when it went downhill. I ABSOLUTELY adore Dr. Loomis, and her staff! Although I have only been seeing her for about a year, I am completely satisfied with how much help she has provided. I feel as though she is truly concerned about my health and well being. She LISTENS to what I have to say, and that means a lot. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. Dr Loomis, Veronica, and the whole staff are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you, and really care about what your needs are. Other offices are like cattle calls, not this office. You are a person, you are cared for, and you are listened to. I’ve been searching for a Dr like this for a long time, and I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d rather go to.
