These guys are the most unorganized place I’ve ever dealt with. They can hardly return your phone calls let alone complete your taxes. They had my paperwork for almost 2 months and made zero progress. Despite telling me numerous times it would be done next week. They are an embarrassment to the Lorzel name. Tax mart is a joke. Save yourself a bunch or pain and just find someone more honest.
I could not be happier with the great service I was provided with.
If I could give negative star I would. Horrible communication , dragged on the process , 6 weeks later still not done. Finally reach someone who is extremely rude and finally admits they haven't done anything at all yet. Mario the owner did nothing to rectify the situation.
Always does a great job and a super nice guy. Willing to help with anything you would need.
