Started in 1988 by Jerry and Lorraine Adams. Lorraine is a hair stylist and Jerry handles the day to day operations. Moved to current location and added the day spa in 2003. Jerry died in 2012, and their son Chris now oversees daily operations.

My review compared to others. As far as I'm concerned, every time that I have visited Lorraine's Spa Salon, my customer service and appointments have been the best I've ever received. I've received every treatment that they have available, and I haven't a single complaint. All of the technicians are very well trained and friendly. I've never been burnt or scarred with any of my waxing, and I've never been unhappy with any of my hair treatments. Worst Experience in a Salon I've Ever Had Had the WORST waxing of my life at this salon. I was severely burned, had torn skin, was at a high risk for infection, and now (after more than a week) I'm worried about scarring. Upon calling to complain, I was told I could only have half of my payment back, and when I arrived at the salon and demanded my full payment, I was taken into a back room by the owner and lectured, and told "not to come back", she was "uncomfortable with the concept of waxing", and ridiculously rude. Lorraine's Spa is wonderful Lorraine's Spa is wonderful. All of the staff are wonderful. Jerry C. does a wonderful job with haircuts, color, etc. Heather and Katy do a wonderful job with Massages. Coy - Love Coy - he is great at what he does. Wendy is always frendly and helfup. Would recommend them to anyone. If you go for the first time - they will send you a $10 off for the next time. If you refer someone they will send you a $10 off for the next time. For your birthday - they send you a $10 for the next time.
Happy Customer! I've been going to Lorraine's for over a year now! I've never been disappointed in my experiences there with my nails, and waxing. They offer coffee/tea and other drinks to customers. I love going there for some "mommy time". Very relaxing atmosphere. And I don't find the cost of the services too much.
Pamper Yourself A very relaxing atmosphere for a haircut, nail treatment and more. Everyone is friendly, salon is filled with antiques and stylists are punctual. Decor and music are relaxing, everyone who walks out looks great and seems refreshed. I recommend Kelly for hair - but everyone seems great.
pretty nice Lorraine's is a nice spa and salon setup. They have a soothing atmosphere and pretty good customer service, I'm always offered a beverage when I come in! I've only been in for hair services, but I would definitely reccomend Tony Alan!
Top notch salon and spa I get my haircut here and massages too ! Both are wonderful. Great atmosphere, nice staff, reasonable prices. Ask for Tony to cut your hair and Kristal for your massage. You won't be disappointed!
