I really enjoyed my recent training with LPA. Lorraine was engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly well informed about our organisation and the challenges coming up in the industry. This really showed in the way she ran the session and in the practical examples she used. I feel the tools provided will be very helpful when managing difficult conversations, not just in work but in real life. I've done a number of training sessions and study and all of that and this was honestly one of the best I have ever bene through.
