Lorraine is amazing. We used her last summer, my husband and I unfortunately made too much money, and had to do a chapter 13. Then in January of this year I abruptly lost my job. So we did a conversion from a 13 to a 7. She never made us feel bad everything was pretty easy it’s best if you gather all of your paperwork to scan and send to her. She’s down to earth and so nice to talk too. If you’re struggling don’t contact Lorraine right away you won’t be sorry.
