Very friendly and helpful staff
Have used Lorna's in the past, however, after a couple faux pas this year. They didn't include a tax credit my elder mother has and also missed on her overall taxable income. Was told I would have to wait until after tax season to get an explanation, and that I should do her taxes for her. On top that I have communication skills problems. I'm a professional and this is not the place to take your business.
