After 7 years of doing business with Lori, we had an issue with her not getting back to us in in a timely fashion. We went in and brought this to her attention, and she said "It's only going to get worse as she gets busier"!! We felt like we were a "bother" to her. I'm a self employed business owner as well, and I find that when someone tells you something you should believe them. So if you are looking for someone to do your taxes, LOOK ELSWHERE. Thanks for your honesty, Lori!! We will MOST DEFINITELY be going elsewhere.
