I spoke to an employee in a tigger costume that was rude. I asked for an invoice to be able to pay, and they mentioned that the main person was dealing that type of paperwork was dealing with a family death, and they won't be back until 2 weeks. I said I think I just need a document saying how much it would cost for a process and then the person in a tigger costume was a was just rude and said "2 weeks".
