UPDATE: I was contacted via FB messenger about my experience and invited back to return my item. I did with no snags and made a couple other purchases, now aware that returns are accepted. Worth noting, though, is that there are posted signs, and even their receipts advertise that all sales are final. Good customer service, inconsistent messaging. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. I’ve enjoyed shopping here in the past and especially their store wide 50% off sales. I’ve always found something I didn’t really need (or did!) to walk out with. I was very disappointed today when I found out I that the package of window cling insulator I bought had already been purchased, cut up, shoved back in the box, and then sold to me—with no option to return it.
