Ms. Mary was amazing! After I explained my awful experience with the FedEx location in Lancaster and the runaround I had been dealing with for the return of my cracked TV, Mary quickly and easily handled everything to ensure the return was ready for pickup. For a small business to go above and beyond in ways an actual FedEx location did not says a lot. I truly appreciate her help, and I will definitely be doing business here from now on!
I needed to print menu cards and table cards for a wedding in Red Oak, TX. I called and had a brief but pleasant conversation with Mary. I decided to visit the store and found a very helpful lady behind the counter, Mary. Every customer that came in seemed like they had been coming for quite some time. Everyone was on a first name basis. She was extremely helpful in getting everything I needed printed and was very patient throughout the process. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

LORIKEET rescued our dying laptop from a weird malware on the browser. We didn't want to pour more money into this, knowing the new computer was on its way, so Lorikeet did exactly what we asked of them, and nothing more: Make sure the data is clean and won't carry over onto the new computer. They didn't charge for services we didn't need. And they also told me how to get the bug off the browser myself...but after we copy down all the Favorites URLs we want to put on the new computer.
