I have been coming here for years because they seriously do pretty much EVERYTHING. They've fixed our phones, laptop, PC, notarized and printed important documents, and so much more. They are amazing, one of the most underrated businesses in Red Oak. Thank you for everything!
Rude, withheld a package claiming it needed a pin code to be picked up. Refused to give it to me. Left called DHL, they confirmed there isn't a pin code. Had the package rerouted to be dropped off by DHL fue to her being an issue. She refused to give DHL the package and asked me to come back. No, it does not work like that. Stated she wouldn't give the package back bc she didn't want to print a new label and it would mess up her inventory. DHL verified it does not need a pin code or number and retried the package. I use this office regularly to ship documents and CD's. It is efficient, accurate and on time. I know my package arrives on time and I've never had to find where my package is. Staff is awesome and always willing to help. Love this place
I've done business with Mark and Marie for years. As a matter of fact I was their first customer when they went into the shipping business with UPS, FEDEX AND DHL.
