I have known Lori since 2010, when we trained together at the Ann Martin Center. She is an incredibly talented therapist, and combines her empathic warmth with clear and direct communication. Lori uses a relational, somatic based approach, and has a specialty in trauma healing. I started working with Lori a few years ago when I was in a difficult transition in my life and feeling fairly stuck. Working with her has been incredibly beneficial. I am more confident communicating in all of the relationships in my life, from friendships to professional relationships. She is kind and empathetic, and wonderful to work with. Therapy with Lori is one of the best investments I've made in my life and well being.
Lori is a great therapist! I worked with her both in person and over video chat for a couple of years and it was always very helpful. I definitely recommend her. She is compassionate, non-judgemental, while also being firm and not afraid to give her opinion when needed.
