Absolutely incompetent jerks. I am a patient at an assisted living facility who filed 28+ documented complaints and violations against the facility, so in retribution the Executive Director contacted Care Plus to report "behavior problems." One of their screeners came to the facility and within 5 minutes decided there was an immediate mental health crisis and signed authorization to have me forcibly removed by police and ambulance and taken to Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. In order to avoid some toxic relationships with these social workers at Care Plus of NJ, one needs to prepare yourself for one notorious one in particular, Justin R. who out of the Paramus location. I attribute him for his deceit, deviations from the truth and his twisted behavior. He is unscrupulous for having pulled off a scandal that I think he used his supervisor to help pull it off.
