A very inspiring artist, with an incredible ability to teach ........I have always wanted to paint but could never get past the stick figure.......this artist took our class/party step by step through a painting ....making it an enjoyable and obtainable event. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an uplifting , fun experience as you develop your new skill. My painting is on our fireplace mantle.......everyone who sees it is amazed that..........I did it!!!!!!

Lorenda's art is fresh, vibrant, expressive and provokes you. She takes her years of experience creating new art and gives back to her community by teaching. It's always a pleasure to see new work by her.

I just LOVE the work of Lorenda Harder, which I find at once aesthetically stunning and accessible. I own several pieces. I'm particularly fond of "Roots & Branches"; I commissioned it from her as book cover art. She's kept the original pen-and-ink rendition of a gnarled old oak tree, but now people all over can hold a 6"x9" copy of it in their hands!

I could not be happier with the art class (art party) that I did with Lorenda a few weeks ago. As a "non-drawer," Lori brought out the best in me. My painting is hanging up in the hallway and no one is laughing!! Thank you Lori. Looking forward to engaging in more lessons with you. You are a gifted, patient teacher.
