I lived in Brooking, OR 2013-2015 and hired Loree's Tax Service. Loree charged me $200 for a basic W-2 (I now use TaxSlayer, super easy, only pay $10). Last month I received notice from the IRS stating I owed $1000 because Loree failed to add my 2013 tax rebate as earned income for 2014.
