I had an overall great experience at Lordly Jones from my first meeting with Dane who proudly told me the history of his Family business while helping me pick out a new office chair. I decided on the Teknion Around which is manufactured in Canada. There was an issue with the chair once it arrived which was quickly addressed by their Facilities Manager Cliff and fixed on site by Bill and Lionel. Their website doesn’t emphasize this, but you need an appointment to visit. I was very disappointed after driving all the way down and not being able to shop. They should update their website to really make this clear.
