Fixed a problem with my spectacles, No charge.
Purchased a pair of prescription glasses 5 months ago and a screw kept falling out. Returned to have them repaired and was told by receptionist to "Come back tomorrow". Same thing happened yesterday ("Come back tomorrow"). Not good enough, what happened to "leave them here and we'll call you when they are repaired "? Bring back the old owner.
