I've been trying to call in reference to the senior discount on property tax and guess what? Phone rings 8-1] times than goes dead or to a dial tone where someone just pushes the answer button to answer while the phone is still in the cradle, so to speak. Great public service.
The city of Elyria sucks beyond reason. My property taxes literally doubled and these scumbags don’t even plow our street when it snows.
it is 2024 and I still can't pay my bill online or via ACH. I've been asking them for years. pathetic.
I called to see if I had a balance due on my property taxes and Barb was so rude and laughing at me on the phone. Questioning why I am calling to see if I had a balance. It was the most unprofessional phone conversation I’ve had with an office in a while. If you call, I would recommend not speaking to Barb.
