Helpful staff for getting new title
The woman who helped me was friendly and helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. A male employee who was helping another customer also seemed pleasant and helpful.
Rachal was great! She was super helpful, nice, and lovely :) Excellent customer service. Very courteous and pleasant to be around.
Very short wait for a Monday morning, Jennifer was very pleasant and professional. Total time I was there was under 10 min. I'm uncomfortably way too famiar with this place and know everyone by a first name basis at this point. Edited to include Michael on the review... He might be the fastest title producer in the world... Have you ever seen the movie Hackers? I think this was based on Michaels ability to navigate the title system, the mainframe, and the Gibson.
I know it doesn't make sense to rate a title bureau this highly, but I've been to this one a few times, and they are wonderful. Very short wait time, super capable staff that's willing to explain things. They make the process totally painless.
