ALL JELLYCAT COLLECTORS DO NOT PURCHASE HERE ONLINE! Sent me a clearly used jellycat that was dirty and no tag, tried to claim they easily fall off, I have 100s of jellycats with the tied on tags that do not just fall off you have to cut them off or get a needle and loosen the tag. They will not send me a return label they want ME to pay to ship it back even though I’ve paid for the shipping to me and they sent a used item. Poor business practices hopefully Jellycat pulls them from their authorized stockist list.
The store that does not offer refunds for returns should quickly close down. Forcefully taking away consumers' money without informing them.
