ALL JELLYCAT COLLECTORS DO NOT PURCHASE HERE ONLINE! Sent me a clearly used jellycat that was dirty and no tag, tried to claim they easily fall off, I have 100s of jellycats with the tied on tags that do not just fall off you have to cut them off or get a needle and loosen the tag. They will not send me a return label they want ME to pay to ship it back even though I’ve paid for the shipping to me and they sent a used item. Poor business practices hopefully Jellycat pulls them from their authorized stockist list.
