I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life, almost 70 years. I was incredibly fortunate to find John Loppnow about a year and a half ago. With talk therapy and KAP therapy my anxiety is miraculously gone. I’ve never felt this good. John is caring, thoughtful, and often humorous. I’m lucky to have him in my life.
John Loppnow has pretty much eliminated the anxiety I've been experiencing my entire life. His therapy has been caring, thoughtful, and sometimes humorous (when appropriate!). As well, I appreciate his willingness to explore alternative therapies, and I've used those to good effect.
