Always quick and accurate
Worst experience I could have ever imagined. This was my first time utilizing in-person tax services, and I had little to no expectations... Upon arriving, we were assigned to Estrella, who was kind, yet clueless. We let her know that we were in a registered domestic partnership and needed support filing our taxes this year due to being new to the process. She had no idea what she was doing.
