She completed my taxes in April and never electronicly filed them. I called weekly for months, left tons messages on her answering machine, text her and emailed multiple times (it located on your tax return cover page) even had a buddy stop her office a few times (she was never open). She has never responded to anything. I will never have her do anything again ever! If your considering her please find someone else. She's not worth the money!
I have been going Leticia for 11 years and I've had no issues. She is very professional and personable. For people having issues, try emailing her.
Put the wrong numbers in resulting in me paying back. First I was getting a refund now paying. Called her for four weeks for answers with nothing. DON'T GO TO HER!!!!
