Very informative, professional and made for a great experiance. Jumped through hoops for us to close our house in a short time with sound advice on situations we encountered. 100% recommend to anyone! They were always there to take the time to answer our many questions and calls in short order.

Phil and Nicole were fantastic to work with. Used them for the sale of my father's home in southern Alberta. From the moment we walked in, Nicole was helpful, emailing me information on rates as we stood there. Phil walked my father and I through the legal paperwork, clearly explaining some of the minor issues we needed to resolve, as well as explaining the remainder of the paperwork.
