Bad customer service. I called in 2 mints ago, and asked for how they charge. The receptionist answered" if you ask for the fee, we probably are not good choice for you, you should try other firms" Couldn't pass through receptionist to really know how they do. Real estate lawyers are a bit like plumbers—you’d rather not have to hire one if you don’t need to. If you do need to, though, which you evidently do in purchasing a property, I can’t see why you wouldn’t want to go with Lopatka. Never again with this firm ..very Rude receptionist Nicole . Asking same questions from three weeks again again even I confirmed that they got all information on phone .waste of time and energy . Every time omg conversation start from scratch .NO NO Sorry never again bad experience. canceling my house closing assignment with them . Email sent guys please forget .
Nicole is the worst receptionist one can ever deal with; and looking at your recent reviews of she has ill treated customers, there’s not a single action taken. Wish we could give you guys an absolute zero, only because of how rudely your so called receptionist treats others, from her own lack of understanding and incompetence of remembering previous tasks, despite of having communication trails. What a joke.
