My mom was at this facility.. the staff always were professional but very warm and caring from the nurses to the physical therapy staff.. mets some special people …unfortunately mom’s hearing aids where lost .. Joseph Dickson was not the administrator at the time mom was their so I was never able to meet him in person.. but came after mom was discharged.. he took the matter on .. he handled the situation with professionalism and kindness.. All the Staff are friendly and helpful. My Sister has been a resident for 10 years, and her care has been very good.
I am giving 1 star because sad but the nurses and the physical therapist and the staff were so wonderful . But they did lose my mom’s hearing aids they were $2800.00.. I was told they would reimburse me for them ..being it was their fault.. it is 3 months and counting .. she needs to replace them and can not afford to do so .. she can not hear without them .. so sad that we are here.. I have been emailing and calling and getting no where .. horrible to do some thing like this to anyone especially someone who is 91 years of a... read more
