I am an avid runner/marathoner. 70 marathons and counting... One year it was 16 marathons in a year.... Paul keeps the wheels on the bus. If it wasn't for him, I am convinced that I would have sustained multiple overuse injuries over the years. He is professional and really knows how to knock out any muscular issues before they become a problem. My quality of life is so much better after a session. Highly recommend!!!
Paul’s amazing! I refer everyone to him If they need serious work or if they just want an amazing massage. I have had two serious injuries: Lower back surgery and a broken shoulder. He is the one who gets and keeps me moving, limber and free from pain. Love him!

My monthly sessions keep the chiropractor, heating pads, and everyday stiffness away. He's a top-notch message therapist. I feel lucky to have found him.
Highly recommend Paul! I always feel so good after I leave, like I’m made of mush :). The price is great as is the service. He’s the only massage therapist I use. He is very caring and attentive. I even take my teenage son to see him, he plays sports and often gets tight and sore, and he always has him feeling better too.
Paul is phenomenal. I came with a lot of mid back pain from a snowboarding fall and he works miracles. Very patient and caring. Would highly recommend him and his services.
