Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, difficult parking as parking area is small and lot is busy. Boat lift just arrived, thanks Loonie Toon team, great effort and knowledge with set up. Update - boat delivered and returned, then delivered again once motor oversight corrected. Top for future - take time to shop around, be clear what you are getting, and when the boat arrives, make sure you have a gas can with you as well as other required boating safety equipment such as life jacket and rope. I needed a lift for my See-Doo Switch. Justin was very accommodating in finding it and going to southern Ontario to pick it up. I had him assemble and deliver to me. After assembly, they realized it was too high to trailer down the highway to SSM. He had them disassemble and deliver to me. Sent his mechanic to reassemble at my house. His guys were very friendly and respectful. Took them a couple of hours to complete. We had fun actually. He chalked it up to a learning experience and didn’t charge me any extra.
