These folks have been doing my Dad's tax returns for years. I worked with them to prepare Dad's returns after he "forgot". Just received his completed final tax return (he passes away early last year) and would highly recommend these folks. Thanks to Nancy, Beth and all the others.
Subpar firm. No dedication to clients that have been with them for nearly 20 years. We should have went to a new firm years ago. Would have saved thousands of dollars.
Sub par. Terrible communication, took multiple attempts to get answers to simple questions. They didn't want to help with tax planning, poor customer service.
Awful service and communication for individuals filers. I requested a payment plan for federal tax payment or an equivalent and this was a very clearly stated option on my return documents. I sent a reminder email that this is what I wanted. Today the full amount was automatically withdrawn to my surprise. When I called to inquire the person I spoke with got defensive stating I was mistaken and kept talking over me! Rude. The integrity and customer service that you'll receive from Conley and Wood P.C. is Outstanding. This is by far the best accountant that I have ever had. From business to personal they can take care of all your accounting needs. If you are looking for a new accountant or just not 100% satisfied with your current accountant definitely at least set up a consultation. This accountanting firm is absolutely AMAZING, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional!!!
