Following a disappointing experience with another accounting firm, we were a little skeptical about finding a good accountant—especially given how in-demand qualified accountants are right now. Stay away from this firm at all costs!! They did my state taxes incorrectly and I was assessed an outstanding bill of THOUSANDS including interest and penalties. When I informed the firm of this issue it took 2 months before anyone answered an email, or a phone call. The only reason for answering anything was they were attempting to charge me another $250. I cannot stress this enough…you are better off doing taxes on your own, or even letting a new born file them for you. The new born will probably be of similar responsivene... read more
These folks have been doing my Dad's tax returns for years. I worked with them to prepare Dad's returns after he "forgot". Just received his completed final tax return (he passes away early last year) and would highly recommend these folks. Thanks to Nancy, Beth and all the others.
Subpar firm. No dedication to clients that have been with them for nearly 20 years. We should have went to a new firm years ago. Would have saved thousands of dollars.
