Stay away from this firm at all costs!! They did my state taxes incorrectly and I was assessed an outstanding bill of THOUSANDS including interest and penalties. When I informed the firm of this issue it took 2 months before anyone answered an email, or a phone call. The only reason for answering anything was they were attempting to charge me another $250. These folks have been doing my Dad's tax returns for years. I worked with them to prepare Dad's returns after he "forgot". Just received his completed final tax return (he passes away early last year) and would highly recommend these folks. Thanks to Nancy, Beth and all the others.
Subpar firm. No dedication to clients that have been with them for nearly 20 years. We should have went to a new firm years ago. Would have saved thousands of dollars.
Sub par. Terrible communication, took multiple attempts to get answers to simple questions. They didn't want to help with tax planning, poor customer service.
Awful service and communication for individuals filers. I requested a payment plan for federal tax payment or an equivalent and this was a very clearly stated option on my return documents. I sent a reminder email that this is what I wanted. Today the full amount was automatically withdrawn to my surprise. When I called to inquire the person I spoke with got defensive stating I was mistaken and kept talking over me! Rude.
