I went to Looney and Sons to get some help with two seat cushions for a couch. It had been quite dirty and we tried dry cleaning it and when that did not clean it - we washed it. Alas that solved it, but what wasn't solved was getting the stuffing back into the seats successfully. No matter how hard we tried we just made it worse. Went in here to see of thee could repair a strip on my ski boot with their equipment by any chance. Incredibly helpful, they did the repair (which was minor but a specialist job) at no cost. There are so many business that just sent me away without really looking, but not this one.
This is an excellent place to have your proud piece of furniture upholstered. I only had cushions made for the bottom of my 108" sofa. I made a mistake when I took 3 seat covers over and had them to cut a form to insert in the cover. They cut a very substantial foam to the size of the cover. Perfect upholstery. However, I mis-calulated the needed size of the seat cushion. I had to take the original cushion for them to resize to the correct size for my sofa. I am waiting to go to picked them up. Absolutely Phenomenal Experience!!! I knew that we chose the right firm when Henry explained the process, Dan met us at pickup & assisted with the fabric selection , he has the Best Customer Service skills, Jan following up with our choice of fabric placement making sure it was perfect ( and it was) to the gentleman who checked us out today!
