I am writing to share my very negative experience with Looney Smith Conrad & Hefti P.C. From the beginning, I felt my case did not receive the attention it deserved. I will not be gaslit as a response to this review, as were some others as I am a a mental health professional. (They like saying we are over emotional, and simply don't understand the intricacies of law). Mr. Looney took 10,000 from my family, did not visit my brother to talk about his case until the last minute before court leaving him confused and anxious and offered a bad plea deal. One lawyer there (not Looney) is no good at responding to questions and seems incompetent with my concerns .
Why don't you fix the door so disabled people can enter your office from the back entrance? It's unprofessional and a disgrace for anyone in a wheelchair or walker having to stand outside in the heat because they cannot climb stairs. What kind of customer service is that besides taking someone's $$$?
