I can't thank Mr. Senasac enough for his help with a warranty dispute. From the time we called and all the way through the process, everyone was extremely professional. Very rude, very un-professional from the time the phone was answered. The receptionist was very abrasive and extremely rude and did not even have the capacity to understand that she couldn’t even answer phones correctly. What happened to philanthropy. I will be issuing a complaint to the Barr of Texas.
