I believe Loomis services the ATM located at the Regions Bank 5204 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027 location. Please see the below complaint that I filed with the CFPB and BBB for context. Has to be the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Have had a safe not working for 3 months+ now and the issue is still not resolved and they are making it take forever to try and fix it. Still no idea when they will have it fixed.
At 1:46pm on Monday, April 8, I received a text message from Mr. Walter Logan (Loomis - Talent Acquisition Analyst - Central). He stated that he had received my job application and asked when I would be available for an interview. I responded with my availability, which included that same day.
