Honestly, this place not only exceeded my expectations but they put my anxiety and fear at ease. We walked in and were immediately greeted with warmth and kindness. Took my little one here for his first haircut and the atmosphere was very welcoming and Kasey was very kind and patient!
My daughter had a great experience with Kelsey! She had her first hair cut and was given a super cute certificate with a before and after photo. She had prizes, snacks, and lollipops! Super friendly.
Amazing salon for kids. Kasey was very patient and knowledgeable. She really listened to what we wanted for the young kids and treated our teenager in a way that made him feel comfortable and heard. Even with a screaming toddler she was able to get the job done with great kindness and empathy.
We were not impressed with the owner's attitude towards us. We told her what we wanted and she flat out said we'd be better off not cutting our son's hair. She didn't seem to want to or know how to listen to what we were asking. All we asked was to take a little off at first and she then complained that she had to do 3 haircuts. Any stylist my husband and I have been to have always recommended starting cutting off a little and then more if we were unsure to start.
