Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this property due to being in close contact with someone who was covid positive. Despite giving 3 1/2 days notice we lost the full payment. I would just like to warn others to be aware of their non refundable policy in case you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in similar circumstances, we were also never given the opportunity to change our dates.
