That was more than several years ago but all I have is terrible memories. I don't know but I hope that things have changed. I was transferred from New Westminister to the Lookout on Alexander St. with my tiny dog that had terminal cancer. After four days the shelter security looked through my private locker where I had my last $70 in cash (I was saving it for the dog food). The Lookout is an emergency shelter that we refer people to at my place of work. It's a safe place with quality service and awesome employees. I know that people are looked after well at the lookout.
