7/9 edit: I just got off the phone with the owner, Don, who is the most lovely and committed human. I’ve left Santa Fe, but he’s sending me a new hank (caked for me!) and I’m going to send back the yarn which he can hopefully get untangled better than I can! I’m floored at how above and beyond he’s gone. I’ll certainly be giving him my future business. From a 1 star to a 5 star with a phone call.
