Confusing theater, crappy app based ordering and the worst parking lot in the DMV. I will never be back.
I enjoyed our event at LOOK, it is a nice venue, the gluten free pizza was good, the bartenders were very helpful and the theatre we were in was great, the seats were VERY nice! Heated recliners were a nice touch. My star off was for the restroom, I used it three times while I was there and it was not tidied at any point while we were there, and several stalls were closed off, so at the end of the movie we had quite a line. Overall, nice place to watch a movie!
Amazing theatre but the real treat was the amazing bartenders Andre and Fini. They were attentive, professional, hilarious, and we will be back!
I went to Look Cinema for the premiere of The Mandalorian & Grogu yesterday, and it was a terrible experience. The kitchen was out of service, meaning absolutely no popcorn, sandwich, nachos, or pizza. The in-theater service was completely useless, forcing me to go downstairs to the bar myself just to buy a bag of Tostitos and packed cheese, It is unacceptable for a cinema to be this unprepared for unexpected issues, especially on a premiere night. Extremely disappointed.
