Trena was absolutely amazing She should get a raise as she provided hospitality not just service
TLDR: Skipped dinner cause dine-in theater. Ordered food, friends got their food, I didn't. Customer service is horrible so I had to hunt employees down for help during my overpriced movie for my overpriced food and forced tip I never got. Didn't get said food, had to hunt down employee for a refund on overpriced food I didn't get. Went to watch Demon Slayer, got tickets and seating online. The customer service is top notch from the greeter to the server. My husband and I had a wonderful date night experience. We love the heated/ a/c seat settings. The food was fantastic, suprisingly. Very fresh, reasonably priced and a nice quantity. We will definitely return. Highly recommend this Theater. Only recommendation- the accessible seats could be higher for invididuals with special needs to transition in and out of. usually enjoy this place, but the customer service was very disappointing. The employee with the pink hair and mustache who assisted me spoke with a rude and dismissive tone, and it seemed like she had no interest in helping customers. That kind of attitude makes the experience unpleasant and discourages me from returning
