The concept is great and the theater itself is comfortable — nice seats, good screen, solid atmosphere. But the execution leaves a lot to be desired, particularly if you're in one of the upper theaters. The food ordering system is genuinely confusing. Some items have to be ordered in one location, others somewhere else entirely, and the signage does nothing to explain the difference. Said is doing a great job!
Bad experience. Do not come to “dine- in” here, you will be disappointed. Cinema is uncoordinated. We ordered our tickets online and upon arrival, there are kiosks with people that asks if you'd like to order from their menu. After ordering and paying, we went on to our seats and proceeded to watch the movie. Nice recline seats that have heating function. Our complete order did not arrive while the movie was ongoing and had to step out and check-in twice. They asked for a receipt, which I didn’t have but I had the email and ... read more
The Tuesday ticket offer was great at $10 per person. We liked the big screen and the comfortable seating.
Was not a fan of Look Cinemas at all. I bought my tickets in advance and had something come up the day of and needed to change the time. I called earlier in the day to try and change it and was told I’d have to come to theater to change it. I wasn’t able to do that, because I was coming from DC. This should be looked into. So that my money didn’t just go to waste, I made it the movie but late. I ordered food once I made it to my seat.
