This was my first and definitely my last visit. The whole cinema had a strong, stale odor, the floors in the auditorium were sticky, and popcorn and trash were left everywhere. The seats were badly worn and peeling, and even the cup holders were dirty. The overall condition of the cinema was genuinely disgusting and completely unacceptable for a paid movie experience.
El olor del lugar es horrible y lo encontre muy sucio . Por otra parte la comida no vale la pena ni el dinero , me pedi unas palomitas y estaban viejas , pedi una bebida de coco y piña que honestamente no se que fue lo que me trajeron. En fin mi recomendacion no se gaste su dinero en este lugar. Acá estoy yo con unas nauseas después de esas palomitas malisimas que me comi, que no fue todo el paquete, solo fue un poco 🤢
Showed up at 7p for a 7:20p movie. Waited in line and bought tickets. Get into the theater and no previews playing. Come to find out that they lost internet and cannot show movies (other people lost movies mid-movie). Manager should have informed us and paused all ticket sales if service could not be delivered. Poor communication, decisions, and experience.
Been to this theater several times. Love the food and drink menu and they bring the food right to your seat.
