I have no clue what's up with this theater, we drove 2 hours to go see Iron Lung and the trailers were choppy, thinking nothing of it, then I noticed the a trailer replayed, weird but okay. The movie started and it was an absolute choppy mess. Audio cutting in and out like it was being streamed off some really REALLY bad wifi. Was literally unwatchable, only upside was that they were willing to refund movie and any food we purchased.
Went to see an anticipated movie, and the trailers and the film began stuttering and lagging. When we approached employees, they said they were aware of the issue and could offer refund or a switch to another film. When asking another employee if this happens often he said that it "unfortunately does". Do they not review the content they receive and realize that it's unwatchable? What an absolute waste of time and money and a slimy business practice to sell tickets on a glitchy file.
Because the managers they r not giving my son and others work for weeks . Call city hall and let them know what's going on at this theater.
We were here to see last episode of the Stranger things. Great place.
I enjoy watching movies there. The service and food is good.
