Seats are in a very bad condition, so old and scratched everywhere. Service is bad, long waiting time, if you order once, forget it, second time they will show up in the middle of the movie. Bar doesn’t pay attention to you. Food is decent.
Theater was nice, and clean with comfortable seating. However, I ordered food at the bar 10 minutes before show so time at 5pm. The food did not arrive in the theater until 5:39 and it was cold, and the ice cream was more than half melted. Disappointed in the dine-in experience especially after tipping well.
Ok…First time coming to this theater as the AMC was full and for the love. Can we say time for an upgrade?!?! When we arrived to our seats 10 minutes before our movie there was old food and drinks at our seats so we had to get someone to come clean. The seats are literally falling apart and broken. What a shame. PX my butt. That must stand for Poor Xcuse for a movie theater.
Definitely not coming back.. Very disappointing experience. 2 stars instead of 1 because my waiter was great. Spent over $40 on very disappointing food that came out cold. I hate sending food back. Once I got the appetizer back, it did not taste good at all so it was upsetting that I paid for that too. I ordered popcorn, cold again. At that point I didn’t even bother to say anything.
