An unfortunate first visit. I try my best to avoid leaving negative reviews but I just can’t ignore how rough this place is. From the moment we arrived it just felt unkempt and like no one was working there. We finally made it to our theatre and my partners chair did not recline at all. We decided to let it be and let someone know after the movie. I placed an order using the QR code at my table/chair about 15 mins before the movie began (it was only chocolate chip cookies). Had a great experience at this cinema! The seats were comfortable, the sound and picture quality were excellent, and everything was clean and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely my go-to place for movie nights!
The cinema is great, it’s always a little quiet, which is crazy given the great deal it is and the happy hours they have! (Hope I didn’t give away a secret) but the biggest part of what makes it great and the reason for my 5 is Jonathan the bartender! He’s so engaging, remembers your name, friendly, I can’t say enough about him, he always has a smile, and is genuinely happy to see you again if he recognizes you! As an HR professional, I know this is what a great employee is! Thanks, Jonathan!
The seats need a refresh (torn at the edges, broken lights next to the seats), the food is expensive for being fine ($17 for chicken tenders and fries), and the dining staff needs to step up their game big time.
