Bad service. Took a long time to be able to order. I paid and I never got my order despite telling the server multiple times. They never came back. Once movie was over, looked for someone to express my concerns and no one was in site. Terrible. First and last time. I’m going to stick with Regal, way better than this cinema. It also had a weird smell, sticky floors. Vibe was not there.
The movie watching experience is great, I love their seats, theater size, audio/visual is top notch. The movie itself starts at exactly the time of the movie ticket, which is appreciated but would've really liked more of a heads up about this when I buy the ticket. Very easy to miss the first few minutes of a movie as every other theater has us trained to think we can get there at any point in the first half hour of the movie and only miss trailers. The theater itself is quite nice, with comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, and good food. However, I want to warn anyone planning a visit: be prepared for the movie to potentially start earlier than the time listed on their website when you purchase your ticket. I bought a ticket for a 1:30pm showing and arrived inside the screening room at 1:24pm, but the movie had already started! Bar service was great, and the staff was friendly, but I was highly disappointed with the seats. As another reviewer mentioned, the reclining seats were awful. I paid for the upgraded seats and theater option and hoped we'd have better seats. Upon entering the theater, you can see EVERY seat was torn or peeling. It looked very cheap.
