We received a refund for our tickets and food. We were the first in the theater and the first to place our order, but our food never arrived. Additionally, they served our drinks with the straws already in them, opened, which was unappealing. The theater and bathrooms were also very dirty. I'm usually not a critic, but this was honestly the worst experience, a waste of time and $
Our movie experience was fine, and the theater was clean. The staff were VERY attentive. So much so we were asked while walking to the theater which one we were going to, and if we were ready to order. We hadn't even sat down with the menu yet. We were then pressured to place our order through a server rather than using the clearly posted QR code, as we've done previously.
