We went to go see the Mario movie galaxy we had to get drinks our self the food was barely okay and the movie was Pauseing and turning off! This is outrageous!
Experience was terrible, at the start they had some “technical difficulties” which took 40 MINUTES to fix. And then and random moments the audio would cut off, and then halfway through the movie stopped for 10 minutes.
Went to the bar and it took 10 minutes to be served even though there were almost no other people. In the theater, when we took our seats there was still garbage from a previous showing they hadn’t cleaned yet (this was 10 minutes before the show time.) Pretty disappointing
Our server Aaron saved the day! We’ve had several very disappointing experiences recently, but he met us at the entrance, helped us check-in, noted our seats, and offered to meet us there AND he did! And quickly took our order. Game changer!! Thanks Aaron!!!
We had a great date night here. Place was clean. Theater 8 was warm. Food came fast. Restaurant looked cool. Some other good food options nearby as well. We will likely come back!
