Poor customer service this place is garbage… I waited over one hour for a burger
I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Food never comes out on time, place is filthy, mice running around, can't blame employees when their management team don't lead by example and are especially rude. Don't even know how this place is even open!!!
Took my little brother out to this movie the after for the first time and the movie blacked out halfway, they didn’t update us til 30 minutes they forgot about us, supposedly they put on a lot of movies at the same time, so they just decided to stop playing all the movies. Gave me a voucher for a free movie next but honestly it wasn’t cool.
It’s really nice inside. Parking was a bit difficult because there’s other stores and restaurants in that mall but we found parking after a few rounds. The theater is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a luxury feel to it. We ordered food to watch the movie (they have waiters to assist as you sit and watch the movie). The seats were comfortable. We reserved 2 couches (it’s like long chairs couches and had a middle table to eat) my kids loved the experience. Will definitely go back again.
