They took my order and never brought my food and after about an hour waiting I requested help though the app twice and they never came I also asked a female worker who was bringing someone else food what happened to my order she said she'd check on it asap and they never brought out my items and this is even after I had already tipped the worker taking my order.. this was by far the worst customer service I've ever had in a movie theater and then they refunded me but of course I have to wait a few days to get my money back j... read more
Its run down compared to when it first opened. Manager for the theaters, she was amazing. Lastly, QR codes in the theater did not work and had to leave during movie to order
This is a great movie theater. The only downfall about this movie theater is the fact that they never answer the phones.
