If this place doesn't get their stuff together they will end up like the previous movie theatre that was in this location. They didnt have alot of the things advertised on their menu, the floor was extremely slippery (probably didnt clean it properly). They also automatically add 20% gratuity to your bill, so keep an eye on that. Nothing special about this place, I probably wouldn't return.
This was easily the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. I feel completely robbed of my money. I ordered food and drinks using the QR code provided, and nothing ever arrived. When I tried to speak with a manager, no one was willing to help. I asked multiple employees, and each one either ignored me or claimed they didn’t know where the manager was. My partner, our friends, and I have been regular patrons of your establishment for some time, but following our experience last night and the last few times, we will no longer be returning. To begin with, the condition of the restrooms was unacceptable. Despite staff being physically present in the bathroom, they were instead lounging on the couch and texting, while the facilities remained filthy. The service model is equally problematic.
