They can't even answer their phone and had no way of knowing showtimes to the one in chandler
Randomly closes and wont refund our movie passes! That was a wast of money! Its unfortunate we actually enjoyed coming here.
I would avoid this theater chain. They are closing down locations. In my case we purchased two of their annual passes and now our location is closed. They apparently did not pay their landlord. Not sure it they paid the employees who seem like they were surprised when they showed up for work and the doors were locked. Look does not answer their "customer service" number (833) 623-1862 and the "Contact Us" form on their website does not work. The fact that you can get your drinks and food via QR code at your seat is cool… But outside of that i’m very disappointed in the bar service or the fact that it’s so dead here…a place like this should be booming
