Theater is great. Arrive early to get food if you're eating a meal.
wellllll if yall are going to charge a livable wage fee PLEASE ensure all food is brought to the customer at the same time also it makes no sense that my wings were handed to me but the server couldn’t figure out which theater the icee went to? Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a movie theater. I’m new to the area and decided to go watch the recent UFC event since I saw they were showing it. We got to the theater and I scanned my tickets from my phone, and the employee said the tickets were invalid and from a previous event. Came for the first time since the rebranding on a Tuesday for $6 movie tickets. The tickets didn’t come out at the self serve so we talked to a manager and got that resolved no problem. The employee we originally asked who directed us to him and later took our tickets for entrance was extremely uninterested and on her phone though. She looked up for a second before continuing on her phone while speaking to us in a very mumbled manner, just shoving the tickets back into my hand. We got in and ordered food. This movie theater is gone downhill... seats and cup holders no longer kept clean different odors In different places and then they put a 18% living wage fee on top of that... This theater evidently is independently owned and Look movie theater franchise needs to investigate... Make the trip to Cinemark in Mansfield.
