So my family and I really appreciated this theaters after it opened about 2 years ago. It used to be Movie tavern but this place had been closed for years (I’m from around here). Anyhow the location was great when it first opened. The theater itself is good but the place is starting to downfall. Probably from managers caring about the place and overall business structure and possibly the way they pay employees. Bring your own snacks! It’s unbelievable how you can’t pay for service. I spoke to a manager after 40 mins of no popcorn I paid for and was assured I’d get it soon. Another 40 mins went by, I never got it. I spoke to the same manager and she was very dismissive and I never got my popcorn. Terrible customer service! I’m leaving very upset and wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here!
Hot, humid & sticky in the theatre. Cold popcorn. “Auditorium 6” seat C12 there was mold on the walls. Will not be back.
The theater was okay, but it had a bad smell and felt damp, like the AC wasn’t working. We weren’t comfortable.
