The chair my ticket was for was broken, employees and manager basically said "i dunno" to what to do about it. The foot rest was broken side ways and open so it was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. Then, I ordered food over the app. which took.... easily 70% of the movie to get to me. I had to walk out and ask them to make my food and then it was an extra 30 minutes. This part isn't the theaters fault, but I had a guy try to fight me in the theater because "i was in his seat boy" but his ticket was for 4 hours later and a... read more
Great theatre but difficulty with ordering from refreshment menu via phone.
Great experience and the food is amazing! Best theater in the Dfw area!!
