Loodmy and his team did a wonderful job selling our house. His team sold the house for more money and faster than we expected (within one month). Set a market price for the condition of your home and stick close to that price. Everyone will low ball you at first but they will come back if the house is set at a fair price for the condition and competition. Good luck! We had a surprisingly good experience!

Loodmy very professional. Alway communicate and sends weekly updates. Took great pictures of the house, in and out. Assisted with finding me an appliance, painter, lawn repair. I found Loodmy just from searching for an agent in Florida. Best decision I made to choose him and his team to sell my home. I wanted to sell forna certain price but Loodmy suggested I sell for another price. Long story short, I sold for the price he suggested. He is an expert in the Florida market!
