Absolutely wonderful, thorough, and very thoughtful. They got the best price for me on the property, because they put a lot of time and effort into helping me receive the best price available for the location considering it's a buyers market. They wouldn't back down! I really appreciate their diligence and hard work. It's not easy right now to sell houses but yet they were able to come through for me within a VERY reasonable time frame. I would give Loodmy and his team more than 5 stars if I could. He was great from the start! He is very knowledgeable, professional and he was able to answer all of my questions. The listing was impeccable and the photography was beautiful. They kept me informed of all showings scheduled as well as their feedback without me having to ask!
