I had the most amazing experience with the manaakitanga (hospitality) service this organisation provided. The nursing staff were so professional and caring for the patient & the whānau. This includes all the cleaning staff as well. It was so awesome even down to the smallest details such as offering to provide food like breakfast, lunch & dinner and coffee & tea.
