It amazes me that a "professional" lawyer would take the case of a crooked business, to the point that he would send a letter barring a young girl from the business that failed to pay her for logged work hours. Not only that you think (or at least threaten) that Facebook ratings that expose sideways business practices would constitute a lawsuit. Facebook ratings are public and made that way so that people can communicate both good and bad experiences. No opinion of a business constitutes a lawsuit.
