If I could give this man negative stars I would. I have never been spoken to like that in my life. Was just searching for answers and help and was talked down to until my husband had to get involved. He talked like a snake and likely walks like one. save yourself.
Poor service and poor communication. Lonn did not show up for the court hearing in which he entered a not guilty plea for a speeding ticket. I was not able to speak with him a single time. Everything leading up to the hearing was done through his assistant, Ashley, mostly by email. I confirmed with her the day before that he would be there for my son's hearing at 8:30 am. Bamboozled! I was told I could file a chapter 7 Thomas collected my money then told me he can only file a chapter 13 which is not what was promised! Followed by he doesn’t give refunds. So imagine scrapping up money to file only to be bamboozled. Pray someone sues him for every penny! This was a while ago so it is heartbreaking to see he’s still in business up to his same old tricks.
